ENGAGEMENT DESIGN SUPPORT
We support engagement planning by contributing practical input to help shape approaches that are realistic, inclusive, and responsive to the communities being served.
This includes advising on formats, locations, timing, and framing so engagement efforts account for multilingual and multicultural participation from the outset. Our role is to help ensure engagement plans can work in real-world conditions, not just on paper.
ENGAGEMENT FACILITATION AND DELIVERY
We facilitate engagement activities directly, including community conversations, listening sessions, focus groups, workshops, and other public-facing meetings.
Facilitation is delivered in English, Spanish, or Portuguese as needed, without reliance on interpretation, allowing conversations to flow naturally and maintain clarity, neutrality, and trust. We adapt in real time to manage dynamics, preserve intent, and ensure participants are meaningfully heard.
TARGETED OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY CONNECTION
We support outreach efforts tied directly to engagement goals, particularly when traditional approaches are not reaching intended audiences.
This work focuses on meeting people where they already are through small-group conversations, informal engagement, and focused outreach designed to complement broader engagement efforts.
